Each player character has different objectives, abilities, and weapons. On a failed system, this game delivers big time and if anyone still has an Atari Jaguar this is the game to get.Like the 1994 Alien vs Predator game for the Atari Jaguar, Aliens Versus Predator offers three separate campaigns, each playable as a separate species: Alien, Predator, or human Colonial Marine. Without revealing anything, only one of the three has a real ending the other two are single screenshots, which one gets which I won't say, you'll have to play it for yourself. What keeps me coming back is the game is expertly programmed to randomness so one doesn't play the same game twice such as amount of foes and item locations. I don't care much for the Predator mode since the honor system can be a hindrance, and becoming invisible can be hard on the eyes. 90% of the time I play as the Marine since he's the most fun to play as, the other 10% I play the Alien for a challenge. ![]() ![]() Each having strengths and weaknesses, plus special abilities Alien fast but frail, all melee, though can cocoon foes for extra lives, Marine has average speed and resiliency plus great weapons though no melee, and Predator slow but tough. You get three creatures to play as: Alien, Colonel Marine, and Predator. ![]() I've played some FPS in my time, but this one is my all-time favorite.
